Position: Senior Program Engineer 

• Developed Quality and Production programs for military and commercial aircraft.

• Selected to lead a 24 hour quick response team of five top-performing code specialists and CAD/CAM users to service critical aircraft with specialized and non-standard components.

• Fixture and Tool design for 4 and 5 axis Machining Center CNC manufacturing

• 4 and 5 axis CNC Programming

• Created the program to produce the first Winglet for the MD-11 and the first Winglet for the Military C-17 Cargo Aircraft which created a competitive advantage over rivals Boeing and Airbus.

• Taught Crew Resource Management skills to Commercial Airline and Military Flight Crews.

   

      

 

The first15 years of my career involved high precision manufacturing at aerospace facilities in Kansas City, Missouri 

Journeyman Machinist, CNC Multi-Axis Programmer - Lathes, Machining Centers, and Quality Assurance Management

 

Employed at some of the most elite DOD and DOE Aerospace Job Shops in the Kansas City Area during the Cold War

 

• Led numerous high profile and top secret projects including the Minute Man missile warhead and detonator system, the Tomahawk missile, F18 Tomcat, and prototypes of the F35 Lockheed aircraft.

 

• All facilities were DoD Mil-I-45208 certified, which later became DoD 412-.24-M
